Weight is a medical issue, shaped by far more than willpower: genetics, hormones, sleep, stress, other medicines and underlying conditions all play a part. That is why our programme starts with a doctor, not a product.
Together we build a plan around you. Where it is clinically appropriate and safe, that may include prescription medication — alongside nutrition, activity and sleep, never instead of them. Where it is not appropriate, we will tell you plainly and explain what else can help.
We will not prescribe weight-loss medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where your medical history makes it unsafe. If there is a history of an eating disorder, we will recommend more appropriate support. Saying no when it is the right answer is part of being doctor-led.
Steady, sustainable progress beats dramatic short-term loss. Medication can help, but it is not a cure on its own, and weight can return when it stops if nothing else has changed. The plan is designed with that in mind from day one.

Our clinic in Pallaskenry is around 25 minutes from Limerick City, 15 from Adare and 10 from Askeaton. We also run a fortnightly clinic at Urban Angels Hair Salon, Moyvane, Co. Kerry (V31 PN47), serving Listowel, Abbeyfeale and Tarbert.

No. You can book an initial consultation directly. With your permission, we can keep your GP informed.
The initial doctor consultation is €125. Any treatment costs are discussed openly at that consultation, before you commit to anything.
Only if it is clinically appropriate and safe for you. The decision is made by the doctor after a full assessment of your history and health, and medication is always one part of a wider plan.
Regularly throughout your programme, so we can track progress and side effects and adjust the plan. We agree the schedule with you at the start.
